ST. STANISLAUS'S CHURCH


St.Stanislaus's Church stands on a six-metre hill and according to the legend this was the place where Saint Stanislaus stopped while running away from the king Bolesław Śmiały II to Wrocław Catholic diocese. For the first time the church was mentioned in 1447 and it was connected with the foundation of a homeless shelter in its neighbourhood. St. Stanislaus's Church was also a hospital chapel and cemetery. The present building is in a Neo - Gothic style and was constructed in the years 1865-1868.
